A new London based online estate agency has launched, with a view to giving landlords and vendors greater control when it comes to managing and marketing their property within the M25 corridor.

The new online platform allows landlords and vendors to negotiate with buyers, vet potential tenants, store all legal paperwork and even manage payments and maintenance logs.

The company says that additional perks and services can be added on via a e-commerce style checkout experience.

Jass Bolina, CEO of Simple Bricks, said: “We have over 25 years in the industry. We’ve been there, seen it and bought the t-shirt. We’ve seen housing booms and financial crashes and have what it takes to guide you the process of selling or letting out your property whether you’re an old hand or selling for the first time.

“Our experience and our dedicated team are perfectly blended with the latest, innovative technology meaning we can harness the power of an even wider network in order to bring sellers and landlords together with buyers and tenants respectively.

“What we have created is a thoroughly modern estate agency for a modern marketplace.”

The last time there was a sustained drop in house prices over a period of as long as four years was September 1989 so maybe the quote below maybe not be quite right.

Oh dear, every rental property is described as ‘magnificent’. One lead photo is of a window and the others aren’t even formatted correctly so the photos are the wrong way round… and that’s just for starters…
Couldn’t find them on the PRS website either, yet they say they are members?

How come with so much experience you still haven’t got it right! Reading the story seems to me, offering to do less as an agent.

‘Simpleton Bricks’ will fail or at best will stumble zombie like in the wasteland of **** fees and stench filled BS from ageing hipster statements like ‘we’ve got the ‘T’ shirt, until it’s head is removed from its torso. I’ve seen identical twins more differentiated than this chimera. A ‘startup’ colour palate and homogenous non human images laced with ‘edgy in 2001’ copy will not save this non starter. Mugging vendors will be the casualty but to be honest their about as sophisticated as Ena Sharples wearing a peep hole bra and thong to a funeral.

I just love the way that they’ve asked kids from the local infant school to take the marketing photos; 1 picture of a window, 2 of beds and 1 of a front door! Combined with the website designed by nursery school kids and written by someone with little knowledge of the property industry, this is a sure fire disruptor!

Ha ha….is this the JB who on LinkedIn appears to have zero estate agency experience but lots of engineering experience. (The last 31 years) He might qualify for a job with ewemove perhaps with this zero estate agency track record, but a passion for property. As they say ‘fake it til ya make it’

    From the PR puffery above:

“We have over 25 years in the industry. We’ve been there, seen it and bought the t-shirt.”

    From the website:

“Under the Property Misdescription Act 1991 we endeavour to make our sales details accurate and reliable…  Under the Estate Agency Act 1991 you will be required…”

    You couldn’t make this $h!!!!!!!d up…
