Zoopla staff praised after raising over £66,000 for charity

Zoopla employees raised over £66,000 for charity last year, the portal has announced.

Over 40 good causes benefited, including Crisis and Children in Need, which were the official employee-nominated charities.

Other beneficiaries included Cornwall Air Ambulance, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, and south midlands hospice Katharine House.

Zoopla allows its staff an annual ‘good deed day’, where employees can take a paid day off to volunteer for a charity.

The business also has a payroll giving scheme, matching employees’ monthly donations to charity by up to £40.
