Zoopla has today announced the launch of new features that will specifically help developers and property hunters in the new homes market.
The lead-generating tool recorded a 43% uplift in conversion rates during beta testing.
Enhanced features enable the grouping of development sites into one specific developing listing, allowing users to click through to each development for further details and properties available.
There is also a simple search experience, allowing users to search by development, with dual branding for both house builders and developments.
Third party advertising has been removed.
In addition, there is specific Help to Buy information, with the logo listed where the scheme is available on developments, and highlighting the minimum deposits required.
David Wascha, chief product and technology officer at Zoopla, said: “Our launch of the revised new homes search experience underlines our commitment to providing the very best service to house builders and developers.
“It is critical that we prioritise their needs and the needs of home buyers, and that we pivot our approach to deliver maximum return on investment for them.
“The result is an intuitive search function that is easy to navigate and offers a holistic customer experience.”
Time agents binned off on the market and rightmove. And got behind zoopla.
If the corporates won’t come to on the market, we should go to them
