Zoopla agrees long-term deal with Northern Estate Agencies Group

Zoopla has announced a new long-term contract with Northern Estate Agencies Group, which encompasses the 46 branches of Manning Stainton, Mortimers and Ryder & Dutton.

Building on its long-term partnership with Manning Stainton – its sister brands Mortimers, which is based in Lancashire and Ryder & Dutton – which spans across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire – will join Zoopla.

The group will benefit from a bespoke Platinium package on Zoopla which includes everything in Zoopla’s Gold package, alongside Weekly Featured Properties and Premium Listings.

The partnership will further improve Zoopla’s coverage of listings in the north of England.

Mark Manning, MD at Northern Estate Agencies Group, commented: “We are pleased to be able to have secured a long-term deal for the group with Zoopla. For our customers it allows their property to be offered to a much wider audience which in this tougher environment will be of great value to them and to our teams working on their behalf.”

Zoopla’s director of national sales, Nikki Cole, added: “It’s been a real partnership working with Manning Stainton over the past five years and we’re excited to build on this strong working relationship by welcoming Ryder & Dutton and Mortimers to Zoopla.

“We recognise that value for money is more important than ever for agents this year and we look forward to delivering that to the group, as well as supporting them to achieve their ambitions and targets for 2023.”
