Yopa has today announced two new hires, just a few weeks after industry veteran Peter Everett joined the company as commercial director.
Simon Elliott has been appointed regional director for East Anglia, whilst Isaac Bull takes over as regional director for the South East.
Both Elliott and Bull have a wealth of estate agency experience.
Elliott has been at Spicerhaart since 1996, including almost eight years as regional partner and the past year as partnership director.
Bull has had senior stints at Hamptons, haart, Barnard Marcus and, most recently, three years at Purplebricks, where he held the positions of regional director and then divisional lettings director.
Yopa operates with nine regional directors across the UK reporting into two divisional directors.
Elliott, Yopa’s new regional director for East Anglia, said: “With 30 years’ unbroken industry experience and a track record of success and growth, I am relishing the opportunity to work alongside talented business owners and estate agency entrepreneurs within Yopa’s highly innovative business model.
“My focus will be to grow Yopa’s market share further, through the coaching, mentoring and development of each and every member of my team, while combining online technology with local knowledge and expertise to ensure the buying and selling process is a simple and positive customer experience.”
Isaac Bull, Yopa’s new regional director for the South East, commented: “Next year will mark 20 years as an estate agent for me, and I’ve worked for some of the biggest corporate and independent brands in the industry, as well as running my own business.
“I’ve spent the last three years or so with Purplebricks and during that time I’ve really enjoyed working with business owners to help and support them to grow their businesses and look forward to doing more of the same here. I’m incredibly excited to be joining Yopa at such a pivotal time in their growth and to be a part of their strategy for the future of the business.”
Good luck to Yopa with the new appointments .
Let’s hope Bull has better luck than at Bricks
Bull having been promoted at Bricks to Lettings Director joins recently departed colleagues Frankish and Howes in March in jumping ship from Lettings at Bricks
The performance of that side of the business has been extremely disappointing. Limping along garnering poorTrustpilot reviews and today inventory has plunged to a new low of just 183 nationwide ,trending downwards
The wheels are off the bike .To give that low inventory some context Winkworth’s Reading franchisee has 147 to let alone

its a merry go round with the newbies spouting, “its the best thing since slice bread” but then i suppose if they pay you enough, you’ll say whatever’s needed to convince yourself you’ve made the right move.
