Upmarket estate agency brand Fine & Country is moving into Queen Vic and Call the Midwife territory.
The latest office is due to open within days in the cockney heartland of Bow, in the east end of London.
It will join existing London Fine & Country offices in the traditionally posher areas of Mayfair and Fulham.
The new office will be run by Adam Tahir, who grew up in the east end, and said: “Until recently, a prime residential estate agent with a worldwide reputation would not have thought to open a branch here, but the continuing urban regeneration in East London and a thriving job market has made this the perfect move for us.
“While Fine & Country are best known for sprawling country mansions, we are going to make our office just as well known for exclusive urban homes.
“The mix of residential properties from traditional houses and flats to trendy waterside apartments and uber-cool converted warehouses represents a huge opportunity for us.
“New ventures like art galleries, gastropubs, high-class restaurants and boutiques continue to spring up in this area.”
