Metropix sells its eight millionth floor plan

Metropix has announced selling its eight millionth floor plan.

The customer was Premier Sales and Lettings in Oxford.

All 8m floorplans are now in the Metropix plan bank – an archive of plans that can be used as a template for agents looking to create a plan quickly.

All agents have to do is to key in a postcode, pick a similar floor plan from the list of results, open it up and amend as required.

The facility is available to all monthly subscribers at no additional charge.

Premier, run by the Bartlett family, has recently expanded its own business by launching into sales to run alongside its well-established lettings business.

Metropix launched in 2005 and celebrated its tenth anniversary at the end of last year. It was founded by former estate agent Brian Farrell, when floor plans were a novelty.

The business, which still has Farrell at its helm, was bought by the Daily Mail group in 2008.

    Really?

Almost ONE IN THREE homes in the UK has a floorplan done by this company?

    Yeah… whatever.

    I’ve seen far worse claims…
