What will next year look like and what is your strategy? Free events for agents

A special event is being held this week, aimed at seniors in the industry.

It is being staged by Peter Knight’s Property Academy for members of its leadership groups – but has announced an additional 20 places for ‘forward thinking agents’.

The three-hour event includes an economic forecast from Roger Martin-Fagg, who correctly forecast the Conservative win six weeks ago. He also forecast the Trump victory months before the presidential election and has a record for being proved right on the economy.

Peter Knight himself will present a session on strategic focus for agents next year.

The third session will be a panel discussion where Knight is joined by some of the UK’s most successful agents.

The event is free on a first come, first served basis, but agents who register and reserve places but then don’t show up will be charged £200.

The event is this Thursday at the Stevenson Lecture Theatre, British Museum, London, starting at 9.15am.

You may also like to put another event in your diary. Called Transform for 2020, it takes place on January 21 in Leeds, and features speakers including Richard Rawlings.

It is being put on by digital estate agency platform love2move, which provides a white-labelled proposition for high street firms wanting an additional online brand.

The event is free. Booking is at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/transform-for-2020-tickets-85117319193
