Rightmove is hosting a live webinar this morning at 9.30am to help agents understand more about the stamp duty holiday extension.

Agents will be able to watch live or catch up on the Rightmove hub.

This month’s News Hour webinar, hosted by Rightmove’s legal and compliance director David Cox, has been extended by 15 minutes to account for the housing updates included in last week’s Budget.

Cox will provide an update on the latest news and regulations affecting agents as well as specifically discussing the stamp duty holiday extension and other initiatives announced by chancellor Rishi Sunak.

He will also be offering his expert opinion on pets featuring in the new standard tenancy agreement, EICRs – one month to go, as well as the latest news on Section 44.

By attending this webinar Rightmove will provide agents with a certificate as proof of learning to help with recording CPD hours.
