What does the rest of 2023 have in store for the UK housing market?

Zoopla will host its latest estate agent market update today to discuss the housing market outlook for the remainder of 2023.

The property portal’s executive director of research, Richard Donnell, and Nikki Cole, director of national sales, will host the webinar aimed at agents interested in how the market might perform in the final period of 2023 and beyond.

Topics that will be covered in the webinar include an updated outlook on what’s next for the property market, sales volume vs house prices and affordability, as well as where agents should focus to succeed in the current market.

Cole commented: “We’re seeing some signs of optimism in the property market with demand improving across all regions in the UK for the first time since the Spring. However, buyers continue to remain cautious and many are waiting for better value for money and improved affordability from lower house prices or further falls in mortgage rates before returning to the market.

“We’ll be discussing how the best way for agents to manage these market conditions, and much more, in tomorrow’s webinar.”

The webinar will take place today at 10:30am and agents interested in attending can sign up here.
