A Your Move franchise business has completed its eighth acquisition in 18 months, adding a further 125 managed landlord properties to its portfolio.
Oliver Hurren, who operates four Your Move branches in Suffolk, has acquired lettings agency Your Property Solutions.
The agency’s portfolio of 125 managed landlord properties will transfer to Your Move Beccles following the deal.
The acquisition continues a period of expansion for Hurren’s franchise operation, which has now completed eight deals in a year and a half.
Your Property Solutions owners John and Shirley-Ann Carter will retire from the lettings industry. They will continue to operate their financial services business.

Further acquisitions targeted

The programme helps franchise partners identify potential acquisitions and provides support with valuations, due diligence and onboarding. It can also provide financing options for deals.
