Campions Group is phasing out the Madison Brook name across five former estate agency operations, bringing them under its Chestertons and Chase Buchanan brands.
The move follows Campions’ acquisition of Madison Brook’s residential agency business in April 2026.
The integration affects offices and teams in Chiswick, Lewisham, Royal Docks, Hampton Hill and Twickenham.
Three operations are joining Chestertons, while the remaining two are being absorbed into Chase Buchanan.
Chestertons takes on three operations
The former Madison Brook businesses in Lewisham and Royal Docks began operating under Chestertons on 29 September.
Both offices will adopt Chestertons branding over the coming weeks.
The Chiswick operation was integrated into Chestertons’ existing local team in May.
The changes bring the three operations into Chestertons’ network of more than 35 London offices.
Chase Buchanan expands in south-west London
Madison Brook’s Hampton Hill operation joined Chase Buchanan on 6 October.
The Twickenham team had already been integrated into Chase Buchanan’s existing office in May.
Campions said the changes would give former Madison Brook clients access to wider buyer and tenant networks.

Davies said the group had prioritised continuity for staff and clients during the transition.

Further acquisitions
Campions, established in 2023, has continued expanding its London estate agency portfolio.
Earlier this year, it acquired Aston Chase, which operates in the prime north-west and central London markets.
It also purchased Battersea & Nine Elms Estates in south-west London.
Unlike Madison Brook’s residential agency operations, both businesses have retained their existing brands.
The Madison Brook name will continue independently outside the residential agency business. The company remains active as a public-sector delivery partner, working with local authorities and other organisations.
