The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has named iamproperty movebutler as its preferred AML and onboarding platform for five of its High Street branch brands. These are: Martin & Co, Whitegates, Ellis & Co, CJ Hole and Parkers. The appointment comes after extensive testing phases and will be recommended to franchisees.

Gareth Samples, Chief Executive Officer at TPFG said: “To continue to ensure quality across our network, we’ve mandated that agents have a clear approach that ensures they are AML compliant.

“As part of this, we’ve undertaken research on different platforms available to support AML compliance and this is by far the best there is out there. iamproperty movebutler will offer us the opportunity to help standardise compliance across the Group.

“This is of huge significance as scrutiny on agents continues to increase and we want to ensure that we’re providing the best options to protect the integrity of our agents.

“It removes a lot of surplus administration, whilst ensuring they remain compliant, and allowing them to spend more time with their clients. During our testing phases with a number of branches, we’ve had a great response and we’re confident in taking our next step in recommending iamproperty movebutler as our preferred supplier.”

Chris McKnight, Area Sales Manager at TPFG branch Martin & Co (Derby, Coalville and Castle Donington), said: “Although the PropTech space is busy with new platforms aiming to offer solutions to different parts of the Private Treaty process, I’ve not seen anything like iamproperty movebutler. It’s not just the tech solution, which I think would only go so far to improve the process, there’s a team behind the platform working on your behalf.

Ben Ridgway, Managing Director at iamproperty said: The endorsement from TPFG is a great indication of the quality of our solution and its ability to have a large-scale impact on the sector.

“The development of movebutler has been highly consultative, subject to rigorous testing and based on real data and experience of those working in the industry and we pride ourselves on this collaborative relationship with our agent network.

“We set out to answer the pinch points within the moving process and with the launch of the conveyancing module, the benefits of iamproperty movebutler are extended as we continue to drive efficiencies across the full moving process for all parties.”
