Property tax cheats named and shamed

Three men who earn income from property have been publicly named by HMRC as tax cheats.

Paul Johal, of Oldbury, West Midlands, is described as being in “property rental”.

He had not paid £240,000 in tax and owes £168,000 in penalties.

Two others, P.G. Munroe, of Harrow Road, London, and L. Parsons, of Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Essex, are described as deriving their “income from property”.

A full list of tax cheats – all of whom have cheated the Exchequer out of more than £25,000 – is published on the HMRC website.
