I only came here for the comments… and the “fighting” between the Pro and Anti RM brigades!!
Agreed!
“Young people, not to mention people of all ages, really, really don’t like being annoyed. And ads, almost always, were annoying. There is nothing beautiful, let alone useful, not to mention authentic, about being distracted or annoyed by something you didn’t ask to see.”
– Andrew Essex, The End of Advertising.
Thank goodness for the fast forward on the remote.
It looks like the trailer to a new ITV six part drama series and you just know someone is going to get murdered.
I think I prefer OTM’s Chas ‘N’ Dave ad 🙂
Soz to spoil the moment but it’s not like that; by the time you’ve found it, done all that dreamy imagining stuff and hit the request details button, the switched on buyers who’ve worked out which agent is likely to get instructed on their dream home have have had a phone call, viewed, offered full asking and instructed solicitors.
No they have not they look on Rm they have no idea who will be instructed
Wow. You really need to gen up on proper estate agency.
he is best ignored leave him to his computer
not sure if that is a serious or sarcastic reply, have the benefit of the doubt…. Good one LOL!
says you who talks poo and pontificates all the time and thinks it is all about pressing buttons on a computer or phone and lives on various property forums
No buyer has a clue who will be instructed on any house unless they are fortune tellers
I have always done real selling – picking up a phone and speaking to people

Seek help.
Ironically the worst button on the site is “Request Details”……… the very worst button on the site bar none….
Where do you even start with this. A very good advert for sure, emotional, caring, lots of empathy. Just about as far away as can be from the values that drive this company. The only reason the people in the advert get to click the green button is because agents across the land share their data with Rightmove. The agents do all of the work, the agents find the vendors and convince them to do business. If Rightmove ever demonstrate that they understand this, they might be onto something. We all know that they never will. It’s actually quite sad.
Well said.
