The best estate agency innovations – enter now!

Kerfuffle has been asked once again by Property Academy, producers of EA Masters, to scour the world of property for the best ideas and solutions that are helping agents be the best they can be – especially given the current climate that we all find ourselves in.

This year, they are inviting you to put forward your best submissions and tell them if your business is doing something new, innovative and inspiring for estate agents by close of play Monday 5th July 2021.

Throughout the EA Masters six-month programme, Kerfuffle will reveal the Top 40 Products broken down into four sets of Top 10’s during the virtual conferences in July, August, September and October. The overall best innovation will be announced in person at EA Masters, in London on 3 November.

Kerfuffle has simplified the process; they will be rating you on your individual products rather than categorising your innovation into streams this year. Complete this form to enter.

Explain in more than 200 words what your innovation is and how it benefits estate and/or lettings agents. It just needs to be relatively new, innovative and have a demonstrable benefit. If you have any stats, case studies, or testimonials that reinforce the innovation, please send any supporting information (that doesn’t have to be within the 200-word limit.) After receiving your entry, they may follow up with you should they have any questions or need further clarity on anything.

Simon Whale, founder of Kerfuffle, commented: “The top 40 is always a great opportunity for innovative companies to stand out from the crowd and is free of charge, so don’t miss out. Last year saw some breakthrough products featured like Street from Spectre shaking up the CRM space; no doubt we’ll see some more ones to watch.

“We will, of course, be profiling all these on the Kerfuffle platform to give further exposure, and it will give us terrific know how to share with agents when we are helping them solve their business challenges in our popular Supplier MOT sessions, where we work to get the right partners for agents based on their requirements.”

Normally these MOT’s are £250, but Kerfuffle has waived this fee in the run-up to the EA Masters, teaming up with Agents Giving. All they are asking is that agents, if you feel you’ve got value out of the MOT session, donate to the charity of their choice under the Agents Giving banner, highlighting once more all the great work agents and suppliers do each year across the country. For the first 20 they will also donate £50 to get the ball rolling.
