Street Group, which owns Spectre, has acquired Richard Rawlings’ prospecting tool, Leadhub.
The announcement comes shortly after the launch of their new CRM, Street.co.uk.
The two will merge under the Spectre brand, with Leadhub clients gaining a swathe of new features including enhanced reporting tools, postcard mailers and the option to add lettings.
Co-founded by brother and sister entrepreneurs, Heather and Thomson Staff, Spectre, an instruction generation tool, has generated more than £15bn of instructions via automating the prospecting of competitors’ properties, allowing estate agents to increase market share.
The deal follows Spectre’s recent integration with Dataloft, allowing agents to leverage up-to-date, hyper-local insight within their canvassing material.
Heather Staff, co-founder of Street Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome the Leadhub clients onto the Spectre platform. Our Customer Success Team is already focussed on reaching out to ensure everybody is trained up on Spectre’s different features, to make sure they get the most out of their new prospecting system.”
Leadhub founder, Richard Rawlings, commented: “This is a classic case of friendly competitors joining forces, and I’m looking forward to continuing to write effective content for both Leadhub and Spectre clients.
“This partnership is fantastic news for estate agents who are serious about developing their business with targeted, systematic and measurable prospecting that works.”
