An estate agent is selling two cupboards for £7,500 each.
The walk-in spaces, one of which measures 5ft by 12ft, are listed on Rightmove.
They can only be bought by a resident already living on the Brentford Dock Estate in west London.
According to the Rightmove listing for one of the cupboards: “This baggage store is perfect for those who are seeking some additional space.
“The storage cupboard is a good size, perfect for a pushchair or pieces of furniture.”
The other storage cupboard is described as “dry, secure and a short walk from the elevator”.
The agents are Quilliam Property Services in Brentford, who – at the other end of the scale – are selling a £1.6m semi.
We would like to award them full marks for not just marketing the cupboards with brochures, but even managing to pick out each cupboard’s key features and putting slide shows of said cupboards on Rightmove – although, notably, the word “cupboard” is not used to head either description.

Why put it on Rightmove if it's only available to Brentford Dock residents?
Garage the dictionary definition; A building for housing a motor vehicle or vehicles: how they can title them garage is very misleading. Struggle to get a motor bike in there.
