South London estate agents KALMAR has opened a new office on Old Kent Road, SE1, offering services for residential sales, letting, and new homes for the local area.

Old Kent Road is undergoing an exciting £10.7bn  regeneration with up to 20,000 new homes, and workspace for up to 10,000 new jobs, commercial, retail and leisure facilities.

KALMAR will handle sales at a number of new developments, including Burgess Park View.
