A platform which allows agents to list off-market properties to a private ‘club’ of rich buyers is expanding.
Cobbletons is now offering its services to agents across London before rolling out nationally.
Founder Michael Antonio says that Cobbletons is the first members-only, invitation-only platform, specifically for high net worth individuals and family offices with, he claims, a combined value of over £10bn.
While they can view off-market properties listed by agents, other agents cannot see what their competition is marketing.
The service claims to be far more effective than portals in listing high-value properties, where buyers are actively searching for homes worth £5m and above.
Agents pay £75 per month to list plus a 0.35% cut of the agent’s fee.
As well as high value homes, Cobbletons also lists development opportunities, and commercial properties such as hotels.
