Rightmove, Zoopla and Dexters named as UK’s most recommended property brands

Rightmove has been named as the top property brand in the UK that is recommended by its customers.

In a new top ten of property brands issued by YouGov, Rightmove scores 68.5%, followed by Zoopla with 53.8%.

In third place comes the top ranking agent, Dexters, at 47.6%. The firm has been growing rapidly across Greater London.

Hamptons and Savills are in fourth and fifth place, with Purplebricks in sixth place with a rating of 43.1%.

The YouGov BrandIndex screens just 1,549 brands in total for a recommend score, giving the proportion of a brand’s customers who are willing to recommend it to others.

The overall top UK brands ranked in this way are MoneySaving Expert, Monzo, Trailfinders and University Studios Orlando.

There are no supermarkets in the top ten, but posh pie-maker Charlie Bigham makes it to tenth place.

In the online category, WhatsApp comes top, while in the online services category, Rightmove does not make it into the top ten but Auto Trader and Zoopla brand uSwitch do.

    Apple, apple, pear pear pear, rhubarb, pear ….  the customers of the first two are fundamentally different to the customers in the rest of the list.

     

    Rightmove and Zoopla’s customers are agents, the agency and listers customers are vendors and landlords

    * rhubarb is like fruit but is actually a vegetable
