Reviews site allAgents announces its 2022 ‘People Awards’ for individual agents

Reviews site allAgents has announced the results of its latest annual ‘People Awards’, recognising individuals whose service has been reviewed and rated by customers.

The awards, revealed today, are based on independent customer reviews received between 1st May 2021 and 30th April 2022, and are in various categories.

Martin McKenzie, director at allAgents, commented: “It’s the people that make the industry what it is, and it’s only fair that those who excel in their field are recognised with this accolade. Without these customer experience awards, it would be difficult to separate the best from the rest. Now both prospective customers and prospective employers have a means to finding the right people to work with.

“The reason why the awards are so powerful is because we bring the results down to a very local level.”

The People awards are divided into local categories, Best Estate Agent and Best Letting Agent. There are also some additional national awards. This year there is a specialised category national award for the best Property Auction individual.

Anyone who has won an award will have to claim and update their allAgents profile page in order to access their high resolution award certificates.

You have asked a very good question. The short answer is 100% yes. EVERY listed agent and staff member is automatically entered into our awards free of charge. Winning is solely down to customer feedback on an open platform. This is what makes our awards scheme the industries largest and the most coveted awards to win…MM allAgents

        Hi Malcolm,

Could you let us know why we never have a response from you when we try to contact all agents?

Scoring 4.8 with over 100 reviews on Google or AllAgents’ award – which do you think influences fee-payers?

Reviews on allAgents are included in Google’s “Reviews from the web.”

I used to work at an agency that pushed for allAgents reviews, and their high-score was noted in the market/appraisal pitch. It was an instruction winner.

It is interesting to see this article, given that allagents appear to entice agents into paying for their site by creating fake negative reviews, and are not contactable (not responsive to any means of contact) unless they think they can sign you up to be a customer.

I recall another national agent award scheme where they interview you over the phone after paying a fee !  then you can buy a logo for your office !
