A fantastic opportunity has just opened up in Hertfordshire. Our client requires an assistant Branch Manager to join their busy estate agency team.
The purpose of the role is to assist with the day to day running of a large branch. The role will involve generating valuations, winning new instructions. In addition you will be expected to step up to the task ofmanaging and motivating the team in the absence of the branch manager.
Suitable candidates for this role will be hardworking, determined and self-motivated. You will have the ability to work in a competitive market and have the desire to grow market share. This is a great role for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career.
A driving license is necessary for this role. A minimum of 3 years experience withinthe industryis preferred.
