This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to take their first step into the estate agency sector by securing a Trainee Sales Negotiator role. No previous experience is required but the right attitude is essential. You must be a go getter, focus on being very successful.

Their existing team is young and fun but ambitious and hardworking and this is also a great opportunity to work closely under the director who has years of experience in the industry.
Character profile:
They are looking for motivated, driven individuals. No previous experience is required, but the right attitude is essential – you need to be driven, money hungry and incredibly self-motivated. A degree qualification and/or targeted sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
You need to be career focused and possess a strong work ethic as the hours are demanding.
Package:
£15-17k plus commission
OTE £20k+
8.30am 6 .00pm Mon-Fri and 3 out of 4 Saturdays 9:00am – 1.00pm
Interview process:
2 stage interview process for the successful applicant.
