We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and successful Estate Agents to join our thriving team in the East London area. Many of our offices are top of the market share and with a wide range of properties and people you will be dealing from the rich and famous to families and first time buyers.

With over 100 offices, our Estate Agents are a fundamental part of the branch operation and we are looking for talent to complement our already winning team. Key responsibilities as an Estate Agent for Douglas Allen will encourage you to be part of the whole buying and selling process with clients. In turn we offer you competitive salaries, on target earnings of £25,000 in year one, excellent commission and a fantastic career structure for you to develop and grow with us.
No sales experience No problem! With us you will receive award winning training from the start. We won Best Training again in the 2014 Estate Agency of the Year Awards, so you will be trained by the best.
You will need a full UK driving license (or equivalent) and be able to work a five day week including a Saturday.
