Senior Negotiator - Sales

Hours of Work:
8.30am to 6.00pm (5.30pm Saturdays)
Five days per week (including Saturdays)
Main Duties:
Handle a proportion of branch listings
Maintain frequent and regular contact with our clients and customers.
Assist in negotiating sales
Carrying out accompanied viewings
Fully supporting Branch Manager in all aspects of office duties
Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic person with good IT skills and proven competency to handle listings & sales across all price ranges. They must also enjoy dealing with the public both face to face and on the telephone.
