Our Client is part of the largest independent Estate Agency based in the South East England. They are hardworking, dedicated, and above all passionate about what they do. Their aim is to provide a first class and professional property service for all their customers. They cover all areas of the Estate Agency spectrum and are always on the lookout for talented candidates including Branch Managers, Senior Negotiators/Property Valuers, Lettings Professionals including Property Management and CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisors.
They ensure that all of their employees receive the highest standard of training undertaken by any estate agent and the opportunity to develop and grow with the company are readily available for the right candidates.
Hours of work: Monday Friday 8:30am -6:30pm and Saturday 9am 5pm (5 day working week)
Purpose of the role
To deliver an exceptional service to all their customers when buying and selling property.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the branch manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation
In conjunction with the Branch Manager, setting and reviewing office and personal targets
Motivating staff with incentives and rewards
Listing and selling properties
Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
Follow up business leads
Ensuring business is compliant
