Our client is now interviewing for an office based Sales Negotiator to help them bring new properties to the market. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who is skilled but unable to work Full Time hours. The client is based near Ealing/Acton in West London.
You will be:
Proactively calling both cold and warm leads to book in valuations for the Branch Manager to attend.
Following up with booked valuations
Helping with the production of marketing and canvassing materials
The role’s hours/days can be flexible depending on your circumstances. For instance, you could agree a 5 day week, Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm or a 4 day week, Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm.
You will also be targeted on your achievements and be offered a commission on the business you generate.
The ideal candidate will:
Be happy to make lots of outbound calls
Be confident, persuasive and professional on the phone
Have worked as an Estate Agent before
Be target driven
Have good organisational skills
