Based in north and central London, we are looking for driven, motivated and tenacious sales negotiators for our client, who have proven success in Residential Sales. Ideal candidates will be well presented and have strong communication and time management skills. Good local area knowledge is essential. The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
