Our client is now looking for an experienced, motivated sales and lettings negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate must have the ability to negotiate, offer a proven track record for meeting their targets and showstrong customer service skillsin both sides of the business.
The role will inc:
Qualifying both potential tenants and buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.
Viewing properties, negotiating and securing offers.
Liaising with mortgage brokers and solicitors.
Delivering high levels of customer service.
Company car or car allowance will be provided. (clean, full driving licence required)
