Our client is looking for an experienced and competent Assistant Manager who has a proven track record of high banking figures within property sales. Valuing experience is essential along with area and market knowledge.
The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
