Our award winning Client requires a full time sales and lettings manager for their Manchester Branch
Basic Salary £20k + good commission structure
The ideal candidate must be an accomplished Estate Agent in winning instructions, negotiating lettings terms, knowledge of letting laws and regulations, maximising business opportunities and good motivation skills
You will be expected to set and implement targets, generate marketing and advertising material to generate new business
