What will you be doing
Qualifying inbound/outbound enquiries from clients
Converting the enquiries into appointments for our property valuers.
Organisation and time management of property valuers’ diaries
Effective management of non-contacted leads and follow ups
Effective management of unsuccessful appointments.
Working to daily individual and team targets
Who are we looking for
No previous property experience is required, but the right attitude is essential.
You need to be:
driven and money hungry with experience in either inbound or outbound telesales…
career focused and possess a strong work ethic and customer focus.
able to probe clients to find out how best to help them
customer service focused with a demonstrable track record of success in B2C telesales
self-motivated, enthusiastic with bags of personality and a can do attitude
Salary OTE is uncapped with an average take home of £30+ There is a competitive basic salary and great bonus scheme in place.
