Our client is looking for a Property Manager, based in Withington. Experience of the industry is beneficial however not essential as full training will be given. It is a rewarding high-pressure environment, so the ability to remain calm and organised is essential
The role involves;
– managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties
– liaising with tenants and property owners, offering excellent customer service
– dealing with maintenance reports including instructing and managing contractors
– carrying out ingoing and outgoing inventories
– carrying out interim property inspections
– gaining a good knowledge of the legal aspects of property lettings and management
Essential Skills Required
– excellent organisational skills
– a passion for customer care and for property.
– excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
– the ability to work to deadlines
– full UK driving license
