New Homes Sales Manager

Our client is the largest independent Estate Agencies with five different trading brands that operate in the South East of England. They are hardworking, dedicated, and above all passionate about what they do. Their aim is to provide a first class and professional service for all of our customers.

Hours of work: Monday Friday 8:30am -6:30pm with occasional weekend launch requirements

Purpose of the role

To generate interest and act as a conduit between our Estate Agency Branches, New Homes sites and Developers through the delivery of exceptional customer service to all concerned when buying property.Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Managing and developing a team to fill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set.

Key Responsibilities

To manage the day to day running of the new homes business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.

Keeping abreast of the local area from a market analysis view

To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets

In conjunction with the New Homes Director, the setting and reviewing of office and personal targets

Motivating staff with incentives and rewards

Holding 1:1 review meetings, identifying development needs

Implementing agreed business plans

Ensuring business is compliant

Person Profile

Previous estate agency experience and new homes experience

Excellent understanding of the market and location

Good understanding of the sales process

Excellent ability to build rapport

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Motivated to achieve and exceed targets

Ability to manage own time effectively

Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs/requirements when buying and selling a property

Managing, motivating and developing a team

Full Driving Licence
