A well established and expanding Property Sales company working UK wide are seeking to bring on board a pro-active and driven in-house Mortgage Consultant to take full advantage of working with an established, forward thinking and expanding fast sales estate agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a great mortgage consultant to take advantage of an abundance of leads generated from our estate agency which is currently employs 70 people selling around 200 properties per month.

The role

As a Mortgage Consultant , you will be working from our Manchester office and be able to take on board and develop our stream of leads into sales whilst building client relations and providing the Springbok quality service and back up to our Estate Agency business.

You will expected to be able to :-

Work closely with the sales team who are highly targeted to pass over quality hot leads to you to follow up.

Engage your clients and provide your knowledge and expertise on relevant and matched products to individual requirements.

Ability to build trust and rapport whilst fact finding and looking for opportunities to close the deal to suit your client needs.

Convey information and products within a clear concise manner.

Clear and accurate information recording and liaising with our sales teams internally and external stakeholders.

Bring a wealth of experience and knowledge / contact within the finance & mortgage sector.

Produce results and maintain sales against target expectations and conversion rates.

Be totally organised and with a pro-active and self-motivated approach to your role.

Work within and enjoy a fast paced office team environment.
