RECRUITMENT

• Ideally trainees with no industry experience
• The biggest skill set we are looking for is that they need to be a sales person. They need to have sales running through their blood!
• A good sales background is helpful but not essential
• The most important thing is to have drive, passion and determination
• A real motivated, go getter! They need to always have a positive attitude
• Must understand that long hours are essential and normal in the industry with 6 days a week at work
• They are in a commission based role so they need to be focused and ensure that they can meet the KPI’s that are set otherwise they need not apply
• They need to have a strong belief they can sell and earn commission as the basic should be non existent to them
• During the telephone interview they need to sell themselves within the first 3 minutes or they most likely won’t get a face-to-face interview
• NO JOB HOPPERS any Candidates who do not met this criteria will be rejected.

Candidates Must;

• be eligible to work in the UK
• be within 1-hour drive (travel) during rush hour away from the chosen office
• have a driving license if the role requires
• fit our brand
• be articulate
• be well spoken

• read, understand and agree to our core values
• know the packages
• understand that the job consists of very long hours which wont change
• understand that they are working for the commission not the basic
• not have a CV with short periods at each role (No Job Hoppers)
