An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Lettings Negotiator for our clients, a successful Estate Agency in Pinner.
Our clients are looking for the perfect candidate with a proactive approach to the Estate Agency industry and a willingness to work hard and exceed expectations.
It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to be well presented, well-spoken and displaying a professional manner at ALL TIMES.
You will be required to arrange & conduct viewings, canvass for new business and liaise with both tenants and landlords.
Your determination and drive is the key factor in which my client will be looking for. You will show that you are target-driven, sales orientated and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years Letting experience.
Full UK driving license is required.
