You will have ambition, with a desire to succeed with the ability to achieve against performance targets, driving profit, profile and reputation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing your business and team.

As a guideline for Estate Agent / Branch Manager roles, you can earn OTES of anything up to £60,000 depending on location. Our commission structures are uncapped however so many of our people earn more!

To be considered for this Estate Agent / Branch Manager position, you will need a full driving licence and be able to work on Saturday as part of your working week.
