Assistant Branch Manager

You will need ambition, drive and energy with a proven track record as a successful estate agent and Valuer. Providing support to your Branch Manager, you will be someone who is able to assist in leading, inspiring and motivating the team to succeed and your success in estate agency will be through others.
You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs. You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings business together with excellent people and communication skills.

In order to attract the right estate agents we can personalise your package to suit. As a guideline for this role, you can earn OTES of anything up to £50,000 however, our commission structures are uncapped however so many of our people earn far more!
You will need a full driving licence and be able to work on Saturday as part of your working week.
