One of Oxfordshires leading Estate Agency Groups have an opportunity for a Cemap Qualified Mortgage Advisor to join one of their highly established offices.The Role In Brief:- To secure and carry out appointments.- Maximise Sales of Mortgages and other related products.- To offer a full “Advice and Recommendation” service to all customers buying or selling their home. – To conduct a full and detailed assessment of every customer’s mortgage and protection needs.- To offer face to face and telephone based advice for customers buying or selling a property. – To source mortgages from a large lender panel thereby giving clients the best possible choice of products- To offer protection advice relating to key insurance risk areas such as Critical Illness Redundancy etc.- To work closely with the team to motivate them to generate appointments.Ideal Candidate:- Must be fully Cemap Qualified.- Have a proven track record.- Previous experience in being based in an Estate Agency.- Whole of market experience- A team player.- Strong communication and organisational skills.- Target driven with a self motivated attitude.This is an excellent opportunity to join this well placed and established company that offer true earning potential.For more information regarding this vacancy please call us on 01242 228362
