Lettings Negotiator required to work for an established lettings agent based at their office dealing with residential property lettings in Southampton Hampshire. As a lettings negotiator you will be dealing with all aspects of property lettings.You will be responsible for a portfolio of property clients providing them with a first class lettings service. Working on the telephone you will be building relationships in order to identify key property requirements of those wishing to let organising and attending property viewings and negotiating and finalising property lets. You will possess excellent telephone and communication skills be confident in your own abilities a problem solver and happy to work to set targets. You will thrive on a challenge and enjoy working with people. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator to thrive at a progressive lettings agency.
