A very well established multi Branch Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced and successful Residential Lettings Manager to cover the North Hampshire area.As Lettings Manager you will be focused on developing new business in the North Hampshire area.You will have an excellent track record in Lettings and Team leadership.Your role will include the following duties:Managing the department P&L and effectively achieving both income and cost TargetsProactively researching the local market competitors in the region and establishing ways to develop a competitive advantage through local networkingEnsuring that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly and in a way that maintains a high level of customer careCarrying out regular coaching feedback and one to one sessions with staff to support skills developmentThe successful Lettings Manager should have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop/motivate staff.In return our client is offering a great remuneration package with basic salary in the region of £20000 and OTE £40000.To discuss this role in detail please contact David Doran on 07826 529378 or email david.doran@amrgroup.co.uk
