Company Profile:CityGrade Real Estate is an international Real Estate Management and Investment Company based in Canary Wharf. We are part of a wider property group that makes real estate investments manages a large portfolio of 4 Star Serviced Apartments and operates an eCommerce marketplace in the Real Estate space. Job Role:With a growing portfolio of high end real estate in the City and Canary Wharf region we are now looking to expand our reach through a combination of owned leased and managed properties. To this end we are looking to add to our team a seasoned real estate professional with sound knowledge of the London residential real estate market particularly in the Canary Wharf and City Area. The primary responsibility of the Property Procurement Agent will be contacting directly with retail and institutional landlords developers and estate agencies to source quality stock for our corporate clientele and investor base aswell as managing a portfolio of 60-100 properties. The ability to independently source high quality real estate develop lasting relationships and accurately draft contracts are all prerequisites for this job. Requirements:- Minimum 2 years working in real estate industry in lettings and/or sales- Sound knowledge of Property Management Best Practices- Past experience managing at-least 30-50 properties- Ideally existing relationships in Canary Wharf and City of London- Excellent knowledge of property laws in the UK- Professional appearance and demeanour- Ability to use MS Word Excel Internet Research- Excellent communication in English both verbal and written- Confidence enthusiasm and dedication to the job and companyHours:- (Mon-Fri some Saturdays)- If you would like to apply and think you have what it takes please send your CV.
