The successful candidate must have proven experience in lettings or residential sales exceptional negotiation skills excellent customer service skills and be a proactive sales professional who is used to working to targets. Duties will include:Phoning out new instructionsCross sellingAccompanying viewingsVendor/Landlord contactNetworking An admirable work ethic good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and full UK driving license is essential.
