A great opportunity to join a well established services provider to the property sector. Due to recent growth the Company are keen to retain customer service levels and increase the size of their Product Specialist Team.The role will be working alongside the technology trainers to provide training on a more technical level which will involve 1 to 1 on-line meetings The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the customers objective and either provide training or technical assistance.Mainly office based there may be the opportunity to go on-site to see customers to provide training and technical assistance. Requirements for the role: – Fantastic communication skills- Well Presented- Demonstrable Technical computer skills ideally ECDL or better qualification – To be able to demonstrate both advanced Microsoft Word and HTML skills- UK Driving licence Experience in the lettings sector is highly preferable for the role.
