Our Client an established Independent Agent have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Manager to oversee their Lettings operation in Northampton.Lettings experience is essential as well as good local and market knowledge the ability to build rapport and offer excellent customer service. Management and team leading experience is also important and applications will be considered from Senior Lettings Negotiators.Duties include:•Carrying out Lettings valuation appointments to instruct new business.•Cross selling products to gain referrals for related products and services.•Composing property particulars.•Maximising on business opportunities through sales and marketing initiatives. •Day to day management and support of the lettings team.
