Applicants should enjoy dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.The successful candidate must be fully conversant with property legislation be a good team-player willing to help other colleagues during busy periods and the ability to work on their own. Excellent IT skills with Microsoft office are essential for this role. You will be liaising with vendors purchasers landlords tenants and other property professionals.The position is targeted on personal performance and developing other company revenue streams. As such you will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity and act in a professional manner at all times.
