New Homes Director required by market leading firm of independent estate agents in South Bucks.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Land and New Homes Manager/Director to join a very well respected multi branch independent estate agency as head of the Land and New Homes department in Buckinghamshire and the South East. You will have several years of relevant industry experience and have a very successful track record in the Land and New Homes sector.You will be commercially aware have the ability to communicate professionally with developer clients at all levels and be able to grow and develop existing and new business relationships. You will be target-driven self-motivated and with excellent initiative the ability to deal with both the estate agents and new homes developers. You will be able lead a team in sourcing and identifying new land opportunities with a strong all round knowledge of planning legislation and the ability to professionally negotiate land acquisitions. This position offers the chance to work for a leading brand agency in the New Homes sector of the Property industry. A great incentive package is on offer with a generous basic salary & commission structure plus car allowance.
