Lettings AdministratorA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join one of the leading Estate Agents with multiple offices across the Merseyside area. The office has a very successful sales and lettings team so they are seeking a candidate who is comfortable with a busy working environment and who can handle the pressure of supporting the lettings team specifically.Key Responsibilities:•Liaising between negotiators landlords and tenants both face to face and over the phone•Providing support to a busy team•Daily and efficient office and diary management•General office duties including filing archiving scanning and typing of reports and letters•Drawing up all new tenancy documentation including confirmation letters tenancy agreements tenant’s references consents/permissions arranging inventories move in appointments etc.You will ideally meet the following requirements:•Be a confident highly organised and efficient administrator with a keen eye for detail and who can work well under pressure•Proven ability to work independently•Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenging busy office environment•Previous admin experience is essentialThe ideal candidate will be someone friendly someone with natural energy and enthusiasm self-motivated and a good team player as you will be working closely with the lettings manager as well as the negotiators in the office.
